These Terms govern your use of the website operated by HaulVerge Dispatch LLC ("HaulVerge"). Dispatch services are provided under a separate written dispatch agreement signed by the carrier, which controls if it conflicts with these Terms.

Our role

HaulVerge is a truck dispatch service acting on behalf of motor carriers. We are not a freight broker, shipper or motor carrier, and we do not take possession of freight. Carriers remain responsible for their operating authority, insurance, safety compliance and the transportation of every load.

Load approval

We book a load only after the carrier approves it. Carriers may decline any load we present, and they choose their own lanes and home time.

Fees

Dispatch fees and payment terms are set out in the written dispatch agreement signed before service begins. Quotes provided through this website are free and carry no obligation.

No guarantees

Freight markets change. We do not guarantee any specific number of loads, rates or revenue.

Website use

Website content is provided for general information. You agree not to misuse the website, submit false information, or interfere with its operation.

Limitation of liability

To the extent permitted by law, HaulVerge is not liable for indirect or consequential damages arising from use of this website.

Governing law

These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Wyoming, USA.
